Pets in need of a loving home We need YOUR paws to help these dogs and cats! The German Shepherd/Husky Mix  Dr. Watson is very well behaved, knows basic commands and likes to get attention. He is an active dog who needs an experienced dog owner who can exercise him properly and who can handle him on walks. Dr. Watson walks well on leash but does need a firm hand to guide him. He is great with other dogs and cats. Currently Dr. Watson is fostered at Doggie Minder, a crate-free dog daycare in Pickering, where he has adjusted very well to meeting new and different dogs and people every day. He also has visited residents of a local retirement home with staff of Doggie Minder as a therapy dog. We are looking for a home where the future owners will continue feeding him a healthy raw diet of meat and bones ~ which costs approximately $60 a month for him. We will gladly teach you about the raw diet. Dr. Watson sheds very little and has very good teeth due to his healthy diet. Adoption fee for Dr. Watson is $100, which will be spent on food and supplies for our foster dogs.
